Proposals and fees

Work begins under an agreed proposal covering deliverables, fees, estimated timing, responsibilities, payment stages and any cancellation or refund arrangements. Government and third-party charges are identified separately where applicable.

Independent assistance

Technofiling is an independent service provider, not a government department, government portal or government-authorised agency. We provide application and documentation assistance. Government decisions, approval times and certification outcomes are outside our control. Professional service fees and any official or third-party charges are explained separately in your proposal.

Technology projects

Features, integrations, licences, hosting, maintenance, ownership and support are defined in the project agreement. Advertising spend and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included.
